We have a few different options of how you can get social with Wild Pick.
Decide whether you’d prefer a bloom bar cart, wall, or both!
$150 Base rental for bloom bar cart
$125 Base rental for bloom bar wall
If you’re going with either a bloom bar cart or bloom wall - you will need to pick a Bloom Package (Signature, Luxe, or Custom).
This package selection will be based two factors:
How luxurious you want each guests take-home-bouquet will be (ranging from 5-7+ stems each)
Your guest count. Pricing ranges $35-$55+ per person, depending on which package you select!
If you’re looking to have both the Bloom Bar Cart along with a styled Bloom Wall then you’ll still need to pick a Bloom Package for the cart setup. The styled wall will not have enough flowers for each guest to make a bouquet but will have enough flowers to serve as a beautiful backdrop for photos.

We require bookings at least two weeks in advance so we have time to source the freshest blooms for your event. Booking with less notice may limit the flower varieties we can offer.

Yes! A 50% deposit secures your event date.

Bookings with a Bloom Package:
Your 50% deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before your event.
If you cancel 15–29 days prior to your event, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.
If you cancel within 14 days of your event, no refund or transfer is available.
Cart or Wall-Only Bookings (No Bloom Package):Fully refundable if canceled 14 days or more before your event.
If you cancel within 14 days of your event, the payment is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event so we can order your flowers in time.

Yes. Our Bloom Bar requires a 10-guest minimum.
For 10 guests, the minimum cost is:
10 guests × $35 per person (Signature Bloom Package) = $350, plus the cart or wall rental fee.

Delivery is included within 25 miles of Jacksonville, FL. Events beyond that radius may have a travel fee, quoted based on distance and location.

Absolutely! We’ll help you design a color palette and floral style that fits your vision. Specific blooms depend on seasonal availability, especially for bookings under two weeks’ notice. Premium blooms will be subject to an additional fee.

Yes! The Bloom Bar can be set up indoors or outdoors. We also offer a removable white umbrella or black-and-white striped canopy for flexible styling, especially indoors.

Our Bloom Bar Cart measures about 50 inches long and 30 inches wide (not including the height of the umbrella or canopy). Please ensure your venue has doors and pathways wide enough for safe delivery. We can’t navigate stairs or tight spaces.

Definitely! You can choose between a classic white umbrella or a stylish black-and-white striped canopy to match your event.
Non-permanent props and decor can also be put on or around the cart to match your theme. -
Yes! While the Bloom Bar is designed to be self-serve, you can add a floral designer to assist your guests for $150 for 3 hours.

We can’t set up outdoors in unsafe weather like heavy rain, high winds, or extreme heat. We recommend having an indoor backup plan. If weather prevents setup and there’s no alternative space, our standard cancellation policies apply.

We typically arrive about one hour before your event to set up the Bloom Bar or Flower Wall so everything’s ready when your guests arrive.

Yes! The Flower Wall can be booked on its own as a stunning photo backdrop or as an interactive bloom bar. Check out our Flower Wall page for all the details.

No, you don’t have to book a full Bloom package to rent the cart or the wall.
If you’d like the cart with fresh flowers included, you’ll need to choose one of our Bloom packages.
If you’d prefer just the cart or the wall on its own, you can rent them without a floral package, but at a higher rental fee.
For the Flower Wall, we also offer an option where it’s styled with minimal blooms purely for décor or as a photo backdrop.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All details will be included in your invoice.

Fresh flowers can last 3 to 14 days depending on the type and how they’re cared for. We provide wrapping materials and flower food so your blooms stay beautiful as long as possible.

We can’t set up outdoors in poor weather. Please plan an indoor backup space. If weather prevents us from setting up and there’s no alternative, our standard cancellation and deposit policies apply.
